Findlay Wine Tasting

    This past week­end at Findlay Market, in Downtown Cincinnati, we dis­cov­ered an amaz­ing beer and wine shop that offers $3 wine tast­ings on the week­ends.  Market Wines, located through one of the his­toric store­fronts that sur­round the mar­ket house, will sup­ply you with 4 dif­fer­ent types of wine, rang­ing from Rieslings to Zinfandel’s, with pours aver­ag­ing in about a half a glass.

  If you ask nicely, or even if you don’t, one of the staff will give you a his­tory of the glass of wine in your hand.  And with this infor­ma­tion it is much more fun try­ing to taste all of the fruits and spices immersed in the flavor.

   Findlay Market, itself, is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon, however when you can walk around with a slight buzz and a plethora of fla­vors in your mouth — it gets even better.
